To mark the first year of President Yoon Suk Yeol's term, the Office of the President has released a 3D media artwork and a YouTube video on his vision for the nation's future and keeping of his pledges to the people.
The office said that from May 9 to June 8, it will display on select 3D panels in Seoul the 3D video "Vision of National Governance, Empathy of the People" (unofficial translation) featuring the Yoon administration's vision for space, national defense, exports, cutting-edge technologies and culture.
Produced by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism by using a 3D anamorphic technique to maximize realistic effects at specific points, the video promotes the vision of the country's further growth.
Shown are Korea's leading achievements like the domestically developed Korea Space Launch Vehicle-II (KSLV-2), aka Nuri, the nation's first lunar explorer Danuri, KF-21 fighter jet, export container ships, electric vehicles, semiconductors and nuclear power plants.
Also featured is the administration's vision of national governance in outer space, skies and seas.
"The Republic of Korea has established itself as one of the world's top 10 economic powers that leads cutting-edge technology sectors like space and global culture," the presidential office said. "We hope that this 3D video is an opportunity to raise the people's sense of pride and hope for the future."
The video will be displayed at K-pop Square of COEX Mall in Seoul's Gangnam-gu District (55 times daily), K-Culture Screen at the Museum of Korean Contemporary History in Jongno-gu District (50) and D-vision of the Digital Chosun Ilbo in Jung-gu District (208).
On May 8, the presidential office unveiled the video titled "The President's Pledges for an Upright-standing Republic of Korea" (unofficial translation) on President Yoon's YouTube channel Yoon Suk Yeol TV to mark his first year in office.
Comprising the five sections of national security, fairness, national interest, the future and national prestige, the video contains the president's intent and efforts to keep his pledges made to the people to mark his term's first year.
The video is available both on Yoon Suk Yeol TV and the YouTube channel of the Korean government.
