In collaboration with TAFE NSW Ryde, the Korean Cultural Centre Australia hosted a Korean cooking competition, in which Asian cookery students got creative with kimchi and created their own dishes inspired by the traditional Korean food.
Here are some of the lovely creations made by the students at the school. Thank you to everyone who participated in the contest, and special thanks to the school's Head Teacher Deborah Whitebread, Asian cookery teacher David Ralph, and TV chef Heather Jeong, who joined as judges.
