To express their gratitude on the occasion of the 71th anniversary of the participation of Belgian and Luxembourgish Armed Forces to the Korean War, the Republic of Korea sent 61,000 facemasks to the Belgian and Luxembourgish Korean War veterans and Armed Forces.

South Korea's ambassador Mr. Yoon Soongu presented the face masks to the diplomatic counselor of the Defense Minister, Ludivine Dedonder, during a brief ceremony.
