Donation ceremony of the portrait of Blessed Luigi Tezza

The donation ceremony of the portrait of Blessed Luigi Tezza took place on Wednesday 23 February at 11 am in the Church of Santa Maria Maddalena. The portrait was donated by his great-grandson Giovanni Tezza and his wife Moon Seonhee, vice president of ARCOI, the Association of Korean Artists in Italy. Luigi Tezza co-founder of the congregation of the Daughters of St. Camillus and also remembered as the "Saint of Lima" did his utmost to care for many sick people.

In addition to the priests and nuns of the congregation, the new Director of the Korean Cultural Institute Chun Yejin and other diplomats from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea were also present.
