✻︎ Application:
1) Application deadline: Tuesday, May 24th, 2022
2) How to apply:
- Download the Application file (Please see the attached file)
- Complete the Application form and Receipt rorm
- Submit the required documents by e-mail, mail or in person (specified below*):
i) Mailing address: 150 Elgin Street, Unit 101, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4
*Cheques and money order payable to Embassy of Korea
ii) E-mail address: minjeongkim@mofa.or.kr
*In case of submitting the application form via e-mail, you are required to pay the application fees separately by mail.
*If you plan to mail your application closer to the deadline, you must also submit an electronic copy of your application to make sure it gets to us before the deadline.
iii) In person: Mon-Fri 9-5 pm at Korean Cultural Centre (150 Elgin Street, Unit 101, Ottawa K2P 1L4)
3) Required documents:
- Application Form and Receipt Form
- Application Fee
- 1 copy of valid photo ID (e.g., driver's licence, passport, etc.)
- 2 copies of an IDENTICAL ID photo or 1 electronic file (3mm x 40mm)
*Photo specifications: same as the Canadian passport photo specification except for the size.
4) Registration Fee: TOPIK I $40.00 CAD / TOPIK II $50.00 CAD
- Payment method: money order or cheque (NO CASH)
- Cheques payable to Embassy of Korea
*Refund Policy: Full refund until 2 weeks before the exam date

The terms and conditions of the test are subject to change without notice. Please be aware that the test may be cancelled if the number of applicants does not reach the minimum requirement to run the test. In that case, the registration fee will be returned.
