The Korean Cultural Center offers cooking class(Making Kimchi) taught by head chef from Taon, where students learn how to cook authentic Korean dishes. The class is hands on cooking experiences that focuses on understanding Korean ingredients, learning Korean recipes, and experiencing Korean food.

-Menu: Kimchi
Kimchi is an essential side dish in Korean cuisine and there are a few different kinds of kimchi. Baechu-kimchi is made by fermenting brined Korean cabbage with Korean radish, vegetables, ground red pepper and various seasonings. Kimchi is also used in a variety of soups and stews.

-Location: Taon Restaurant, Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche #P2
-Material Fee: 50 AED

-Eligibility: Anyone over 14 years of age (Non-Korean)
-Application Period: 8th August(Mon)~ 15th August(Mon) 2022
* The result will be sent by email on 16th August 2022
* Applicant must pay the material fee on 16th & 17th August (If not, the application will be automatically canceled)

* Only those who has Green Pass (You must show it using the Al Hosn App) can attend the class.
* There are total 8 seats only
* Absence without notice will be a big disadvantage for another class in the future
* The videos and photo that will be taken during the class can be used by the Korean Cultural Center in such a way as broadcasting, transmission, etc. for the purpose of operating and promoting the Korean Cultural Center in the UAE.
