Events at KCCs abroad

On March 18, Professors and Korean studies major students from Thammasat University visited and experienced various Korean cultures at KCC Thailand.

Thammasat University has opened the Korean Studies major program for the first time this academic year. This course doesn't just teach Korean language. But also teaches about the history, culture, and other aspects of Korea.

The Korean Cultural Center has prepared various activities such as trying on Hanbok, Korean folk plays (Tuho, Ddakji, Jegichagi), and candlestick-making in various shapes for students to enjoy Korean cultural activities.

The students were amazed by KCC Thailand's webtoon "One Day, My Beloved Idol Group's Leader Disappeared!" in a Thai Post newspaper. As well as "Little Tiger for Korea", a play adapted from the webtoon.

The Korean Cultural Center in Thailand would like to thank the Korean studies major students and professors from Thammasat University for the visit and sincerely hope that this visit will provide good experiences and memories and be beneficial for the students.
