Baekje Historic Areas Exhibition in Rome

On Wednesday, June 5th, the director of Korean Cultural Center in Italy Ye Jin Chun participated in the inauguration ceremony of the Baekje Historic Areas Exhibition held at the Palazzo Velli Expo (Piazza di S. Egidio 10, 00153, Rome) and organized by the Baekje World Heritage Center.

In this exhibition, which will be open to the public until June 17th (free entry), it will be possible to admire photos and artifacts of the historical areas of the late Baekje kingdom (475-660) which were recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015. It is also possible to do various activities including trying on traditional Baekje era clothing, rubbing print of traditional Baekje weaves and making lotus lanterns.
