The 2024 Korean Culture Festival was a great success. It celebrated its 8th year with the participation of 50,000 people. The festival took place at Kungstädgården in Stockholm on August 24.
It offered a chance to experience various aspects of Korean culture, including traditional Korean folk paintings, folk games, trying on Hanbok, and more. There was also a Korean food zone offering a variety of Korean cuisine, as well as a Korean product and information zone where attendees could explore K-beauty, learn about traveling to Korea, and more.
The main stage featured performances by Sweden's K-pop cover dance teams, traditional Korean dance performances, a collaboration between Gayageum (a traditional Korean instrument) and cello, a K-pop idol 'PRIMROSE', and a Taekwondo demonstration. Additionally, there was a new session called 'random play dance' where K-pop fans gathered to dance together.
We extend our thanks to everyone who attended the festival, including the audience, performers, volunteers, and booth participants.
