Events at KCCs abroad

The Korean Cultural Center in Sweden (Koreanskt Kulturcenter) has been organizing Korean cooking classes during the autumn semester of 2024. 





On October 15, participants embarked on a delicious journey into the art of making crispy, saucy, and utterly irresistible Korean-style fried chicken. They learned to prepare classic Korean fried chicken (후라이드 치킨), the sweet and savory Ganjang (간장, soy sauce) version, and the crowd-favorite spicy Yangnyeom (양념 치킨).





We also included the tangy, crunchy Korean pickled radishes as a side dish—the perfect complement!





The November cooking class is coming soon, after which our 2024 cooking classes will conclude. We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who is passionate about learning how to cook Korean cuisine. 


Registration for the 2025 cooking classes will be announced next year, along with information about other cultural classes.
