On June 7, Korean Cultural Center in Thailand will hold a Thai preliminary contest "2019 Quiz on Korea" for Thai locals. The winners of this Thailand Qualifier will have the opportunity to represent Thailand and compete in the "2019 Quiz on Korea" finals in Korea in September 2019.

 1. Eligibility

• 18 years old above / no gender restriction
• Those or their family who are not had Korean nationality
• Those who have never participated in the Korean Final
• Those who have no problem during their stay in Korea during the Final (6 nights and 7 days)
• A person who is eligible to participate in the Korean finals on behalf of the country

2. Schedule

• May 13 (Mon) ~ June 2, 2019 Participant Registration (via Email Registration)
• Friday, June 7, 2019 18:30 Qualifying Exhibition Hanmadang Hall, Korean Cultural Center, Thailand
• Thailand winners for will be invited to Korea on  the third week of September 2019 (6 nights and 7 days) which final round held KBS Hall

3. Progress

• Qualifying Participants: Application for Participants (e-mail)
• Preliminary Round 1: 30 players selected for OX quiz and short answer questions
• Preliminary Round 2: Short Quiz
• Winners will receive the Grand Prize "2019 Quiz on Korea" for the winner with the highest score among 30 players.
• Prizes will be awarded in order of winner and highest score

 4. Prizes and Winner Benefits

• For winner Prize 12,000 Baht. For 2nd 8,000 Baht, 3rd 5,000 Baht,
• And Encouragement Prize 1,000 Baht (2 person)
• Thai Qualifier will receive a round-trip ticket (Economy) and a stay fee during the visit to Korea and the final will be broadcast through the KBS World Channel.
• Separate prizes will be offered to winners and runner-ups in the Korean Finals.
