The Korean Consulate General in New York held a year-end meeting to find ways to develop the Korean community by inviting major Korean society members at the UN banquet hall. Awarded five outstanding Korean executives (Chairperson of Delaware Korean American Association Jonathan Park, former President of The Korean american Society of Connecticut, Inc. Yoo Eul-seop, Chairperson of Senior Citizen’s department of The Korean-American Association of Greater Philadelphia Sharon Hwang, Executive director of The Korean-American Association of Greater New York David Oh, Vice President of The Korean-American Association of New Jersey Park Jin-young). There was a time to share opinions on the activities of Korean American associations, Korean Americans' rights, interests and political power.
