Consul General Won-sam Chang met with New York City's Commissioner for International Affairs Penny Abeywardena on Wednesday, February 26. They exchanged views and commitments to strengthen the partnership between the Consulate and New York City that would better support the City’s Korean-American community as well as Korean businesses.
