Tourists from Singapore, the city-state that concluded a "travel bubble" agreement with Korea, on Nov. 15 enter Korea through Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport. Concluded on Oct. 8, the accord allows fully vaccinated Singaporean travelers to freely tour the country without quarantine after presenting a negative test for COVID-19 upon entry. This is the first group of foreign tourists to visit Korea after the COVID-19 pandemic broke out early last year.
