A YouTube video showing how Koreans are overcoming the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has earned praise from netizens around the world.
ABC News of the U.S. posted on March 13 a video titled "Volunteers in South Korea deliver boxes of food to people in self-quarantine." Less than two minutes long, the clip shows volunteers packing and delivering boxes of instant food and regional specialties to those in quarantine.
Among the posted compliments were "South Korea has always been a great country with great people (American_Atheist1776)"; "Koreans are pretty amazing how they came together like this in a crisis. The world has a lot to learn (Pete)"; and "I think Korea can defeat the coronavirus not only by technology but also by community spirit. I wish this become the hope to the people in the world (SIMON HWANG)."
As of March 16, the video had garnered more than 110,000 views, about 575 comments and more than 6,400 likes.
