The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (NMCA) is hosting a special exhibit, “As the Moon Waxes and Wanes" from Aug. 18, 2016, to Feb. 12, 2017.
This exhibit is to to mark the 30th anniversary of moving to Gwacheon in Gyeonggi-do Province.
You can see 560 works of art which include all forms of art, ranging from paintings, sculptures, installation works, media art, performances, photos, handicrafts, design, calligraphy and architecture.

** By subway Take the subway line No. 4 and get off at Seoul Grand Park Station. Go to exit 4. It taks about 20 minutes on foot from the station to get to the NMCA. You can also use an "Elephant Tram" from the Seoul Grand Park. To use the tram, exit No. 2 of the Seoul Grand Park Station. It costs KRW 1,000 for adults and KRW 800 for children. |
