The Korean Cultural Centre Canada is pleased to introduce the 4th episode of 2021 K-Food Series: Chuncheon Makguksu.
Chuncheon Makguksu also can be served in two different forms:
1) Boiled Buckwheat noodles in kimchi and dongchimi soup, or
2) Boiled buckwheat noodles mixed with vegetables, seasonings, mustard, broth, etc.
Chunchan Makguksu is a local specialty of the Gangwon province in South Korea
