The Korean Embassy and Korean Cultural Center in UAE present the Korean Film Festival 2022 . This year, the opening film "Escape from Mogadishu" will be followed by an exciting lineup with various genres of Korean film.

A total of 9 films will be featured at the five-day festival, which runs from June 29 to July 3, under the theme "Family on Screen." These films will offer a window into the lives of Korean families and their societies.

The films "Miracle: Letters to the President" "The House of Us" and "Sinkhole" will remind us once more as the pandemic did, of the importance of "family"

"House of Hummingbird" and "Kim Ji-young, Born 1982" will encourage us to listen to the voices of most vulnerable members of our families and share our thoughts to overcome the social issues together.

We believe that these films will captivate the heart of all audiences with relatable family stories of love, conflict and healing.
