Events at KCCs abroad

In the 2nd class of Food Class for Restaurant Entrepreneurs on August 11, 2022 at Korean Cultural Center in Thailand, all students learn how to make traditional Korean fried chicken using chicken wings, chicken drumsticks and chicken breast meat to cook. 



Not just only Instructor Jung Inkyung teaches students how to make fried chicken, she also introduces 3 different types of fried chicken recipes, including crispy fried chicken, Gochujang-flavored and soy sauce-flavored fried chicken. 




Moreover, the instructor explains about the types of syrups such as corn syrup and rice syrup. Students also tried making pickled radishes to pair with fried chicken.
