Events at KCCs abroad











Multi-disciplinary artist Ramhon Jeong U Choe will come to the Korean Cultural Center of Brussels to give a Talk Concert about Korean popular music and society from the 1960s to the 1990s.


Ramhon Jeong U Choe was the musical director of the film ‘Poetry’ (2010) directed by Lee Chang-dong. He released albums: ‘Renata Suicide’ (band, 2019) and ‘Officium divinum’ (solo guitar, 2021). He published philosophy books (written in Korean): The Score of Thought (2011), Rarity in Shreds, and Sublimity in Squandering (2020). He recently translated the book La Part Maudite by Georges Bataille into Korean (2022). He is currently working at ISMAC Paris as a professor of Korean studies.
