Find stillness and clarity at the start to your Saturday with an hour of guided meditation led by Corinna da Fonseca Wollheim, set to a soulful performance of Korean traditional music by Dooyi Yoon Sook Park on gayageum, Jung Bae Park on danso, and Vong Pak on janggo. 

Explore a deeper connection to silence and sound through a simple mindfulness practice designed to open the heart and the ear so that you can float into your weekend refreshed and recentered. 

The session concludes with a short Q&A with performers and participants.
