We are thrilled to announce a series of workshops with the talented Korean violinist Hyu Kyung Jung!

Hyu Kyung Jung currently holds the position of Principal Violinist in the Minas Gerais Philharmonic Orchestra and will be sharing her knowledge and experience with us at the Korean Cultural Center in Brazil.

Between May 23rd and 24th four workshops will be offered with the violinist, two for students of the Municipal School of Music and two for the General Public. Through this schedule, the violinist Hyu-kyung Jeong intends to provide more detailed assistance to those who have already started their studies and have experience with the violin, offering a unique opportunity for participants.

About Hyu-Kyung Jung

Hyu-Kyung Jung was born in Seoul, South Korea, but it was in Hamburg, Germany, where she began her violin studies at the age of six, receiving her first award at Jugend Musiziert in Frankfurt at the age of eleven. She completed her bachelor's degree in 2006 at Kyung Hee University in Seoul, and later pursued a master's degree in Artist Diploma at Musikhochschule Münster in Germany.

Requirement: Above 6 years old and with experience in violin.

Entry: Free (upon registration via Google Forms)

Spots: 5 people per group

- Group A: 23/05 (Thursday) from 4pm to 5:30pm

- Group B: 24/05 (Friday) from 4pm to 5:30pm
