On the second day, Chef Susana Jhun prepared white fish ceviche with Kimchi, vegetable Tteokbokki with spicy sauce, and chicken meatball with spicy mayonnaise. On the last day, Chef Jhun surprised with fusilli in spicy bechamel sauce with cheese, pork meatball pancake with Kimchi, and pear verrine.
