Events at KCCs abroad

On September 16, the Korean Cultural Center held the event " 2024 Happy Chuseok with Gen Z" at the Korean Cultural Center in Thailand.

H.E. Mr. Park Yong-min, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Thailand, attended the event and gave an opening speech, "I hope everyone can learn about various traditional Korean cultures and enjoy today's activities, just like the phrase goes, "May every day be like Hangawi, no more or less"

The event started with a performance by the Pine Tree, a Korean fusion folk music band, performed a Minyo (Korean folk song) and a K-pop Medley.

After that, there was a time for attendees to try Korean food (Kimchi Pancake, Green Onion Pancake, Donggeurangttaeng, Songpyeon, and Makgeolli), make their own pancakes, play traditional games, try on Hanbok, and take photos at the Cultural Center's photo booth.

The Korean Cultural Center will do its best to provide more opportunities for Thais to experience Korean culture during the festival in the future.
