We are pleased to announce the enrollment of students and the academic schedule for the 2025 Spring Semester Korean Language Courses as follows:


□ Semester Schedule: March 3, 2025 (Mon) – June 6, 2025 (Fri), 14 weeks
※ The end date may change due to make-up classes caused by public holidays.

□ Tuition Payment Period: February 12, 2025 (Wed) – February 14, 2025 (Fri)
※ Payment instructions will be sent via individual emails to confirmed students.

□ Orientation: February 24, 2025 (Mon) – February 26, 2025 (Wed)
※ Students who do not respond during the orientation period will have their registration canceled.

□ Tuition Fees for the Entire Spring Semester:

  • Regular Courses: 250 PLN per course

  • Special Courses: 150 PLN per course

  • Payment Example:

    • Example 1: For 2 regular courses, transfer 500 PLN

    • Example 2: For 1 regular course and 1 special course, transfer 400 PLN

□ Course Cancellation Request Period: March 3, 2025 (Mon) – March 16, 2025 (Sun)
□ Refund Processing Period: March 17, 2025 (Mon) – March 20, 2025 (Thu)

□ Orientation Information: January 6, 2025 (Mon) – January 8, 2025 (Wed)

  • Individual emails will be sent to students. Students who do not respond during the orientation period will have their registration automatically canceled.

□ Course Location:

  • Online: Zoom

  • Offline: Korean Cultural Center in Poland

□ Registered Students by Class

□ Textbook Purchase Information:

  1. Sejong Institute Basic Textbook

  2. E-book

  3. Teacher-Distributed Textbook: Teachers will contact students individually before class to distribute materials.

□ Additional Information:

  • Achievement assessments will be conducted in the last week of the semester.

  • A certificate will be issued if the average score of the achievement assessment is 60 or above, and attendance is 70% or higher.

  • Students must attend at least 70% of the classes for their attendance to be recognized.

  • If attendance is below 50%, students may be restricted from taking Korean language courses in the next semester.

  • Unauthorized absences of 30% or more will lead to expulsion from the course.

  • For online classes, students must have a working camera and microphone (without these, students will not be allowed to attend, take exams, or graduate).

  • Online courses should be attended on a computer or tablet. During the class, students may be required to take a photo of their homework done on a phone and submit it.
