The 9th iteration of the K-Pop India Contest is currently under way fully online due to the prevailing pandemic situation. The Regional Round was conducted from the 15th of July till the 16th of August in 18 cities with over 450 selected participants in the Vocal and Dance categories.

The regional round, held online by the respective fan clubs in collaboration with Korean Cultural Centre India in each of the 18 regions, has had a combined viewership of over 4,46,700 as of 2020.08.28. 

Total 36 participants from the Regional Rounds will now compete in the Grand Finale being held on the 12th of September, 2020 on the KCCI YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/koccindia) for a chance to win a free trip to South Korea.

Additionally, Korean Cultural Centre India is also organizing an Instagram Live with famous South Korean B-Boy Crew "Fusion MC" on the 4th of September, 2020 at 6pm.
