Visitors on Feb. 18 look around the partially open site of Yongsan Park (formerly lodging for American military officers) in Seoul's Yongsan-gu District. The site on the same day opened a photo exhibition featuring the U.S. Forces Korea's Yongsan Garrison, which will eventually be converted into the park.
