Among the many restaurants with creative concepts is Hurwundeki. The word is from the Jeju Island dialect, meaning "hair." This restaurant is famous for its extraordinary name and extraordinary concept of offering the dual services of food and haircuts. Besides the stylists offering hair salon services are people enjoying Korean cuisine.

Visitors are delighted at the shop's unique concept and services. One visitor wrote a review on Hurwundeki's Facebook page saying that it was a gem of a place where the designers created a "no nonsense style" at a reasonable cost, adding that he will visit later with his family to try the bibimbap.

Jinjuu in Soho, in the heart of London, was described as a place frequented by celebrities. It's run by Judy Joo, a Korean-American chef known from having been on Iron Chef, a TV cooking show. She played a big role in bringing soju, a Korean alcoholic beverage, to the global stage and for helping people indulge in it.

In an interview with JTBC, Joo said that a lot of people have shown an interest in Korean cuisine. Europe remains the last continent for it to conquer.
