Cheong Wa Dae on April 21 said it detected no unusual movements in North Korea in responding to rumors that the North's leader Kim Jong Un was gravely ill.
Spokesperson Kang Min-seok said there was nothing to confirm certain media reports saying the leader was sick.
CNN reported earlier the same day that Kim is in "grave danger after undergoing a previous surgery."
