Commemorating the 80th anniversary of national liberation, the Seoul Metropolitan Traditional Orchestra will present its chamber music series "Sori Island: Arirang Through the Ages," exploring the changes and significance of the classic folk song "Arirang." The delicate sounds of traditional instruments will exquisitely convey the multi-layered "Arirang," which embodies the emotions and history of Koreans, as played from the Japanese colonial era to the present. The performance is scheduled for July 25 at 7:30 p.m. at Sejong Chamber Hall of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts.
